| Duties and Responsibilities | planning and review Scan the external environment (both domestic and international) identify best practices to conceptualize initiatives for developing capabilities emerging from the AOP/ LRP Analyze data to check validity/feasibility of initiatives and justify the logic of concepts; Design initiatives and support their implementation Present proposals on initiatives and capability building to senior management to receive feedback and approval as part of the AOP Define parameters to track progress of projects/ initiatives every fortnight and address the roadblocks faced by team during project implementation and analytics Ideate and identify opportunities to leverage analytics to achieve business priorities (like increasing the percentage share of direct business) and generate new business opportunities (new ways for customer acquisition increase file size from existing customers) Drive enrichment of internal data; Define and monitor the volume of new data to be acquired through various sources such as sites vendors etc. to enrich the internal database Provide guidance on sourcing/mining of data (internally or externally) cleaning and distribution of databases Provide inputs to build verification models and API to enrich and verify the data used to enhance decision making Review the daily and weekly tracker to monitor the progress on projects and deliverables and resolve any issues faced Management Office (PMO) Conceptualize the design statements for solutions based on business requirement (identified in AOP/LRP) like bringing down costs TAT etc. Review the progress of process focused projects to improve process efficiency and effectiveness and provide guidance management Design campaigns such as SMS chat bot campaigns to effectively reach to target customers and increase opportunities of direct and cross-sell Evaluate the response rates of campaigns to determine campaign success and leverage learnings to improve future campaigns Develop capability to bring in NLP bots in campaigns to gather and derive insights for business decision making management Scan market to identify potential SME focused partners (just dial Indiamart etc.); build and leverage the partnership to create more business opportunities Develop surrogate models to identify alternate data sources for customer segmentation and identification of target customer groups (e.g. doctor with highest qualification without using their income) and customer service Control and minimize risk exposure through review of key risk indicator breaches mis-selling via customer service indicators risk arising from attrition etc. monitor deviations and provide feedback Analyze customer complaints present review deck to identify process changes required for reducing recurrence resolving future complaints and simplifying processes for customers7.L&D and employee engagement Review the training calendar to check timeliness of trainings; Provide inputs on development of new product/process related trainings to build employee capability Provide direction on adoption of tools and mechanisms to increase absorption of learnings and trainings (like apps for increasing employee engagement) development Participate in recruitment process to identify the right talent at senior positions within the function Establish individual performance expectations and regularly review individual performance of the team Identify and create development opportunities training induction sessions for team members to enhance functional knowledge Design the non-monetary rewards and recognition programs for employees to keep them motivated |
