Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Oversee and guide your team on end-to-end recruitment for junior mid and support roles.
Ensure job descriptions screening interviews and background checks follow process.
Drive structured onboarding and a smooth Day-1 experience.
2. HR Operations
Lead the HR Ops team in maintaining employee records HRMS updates and
documentation.
Manage attendance leave and payroll coordination with Finance.
Ensure all HR processes are timely accurate and compliant.
3. Employee Relations & Support
Act as the first escalation point for employees across locations.
Resolve concerns early and fairly; support employees with empathy and clarity.
Ensure a positive humble high-ownership culture is upheld.
4. Compliance & Policies
Ensure statutory compliance across all states we operate in.
Maintain updated records—PF ESI Gratuity Shops & Establishment CLRA etc.
Conduct regular internal audits and strengthen HR discipline across units.
Guide your team on maintaining compliance documentation.
5. Performance & Development
Run performance review cycles confirmations and increments with the CHRO.
Support L&D initiatives and help institutionalize skill development.
Track employee productivity and improvement metrics.

6. Engagement & Culture
Oversee employee engagement activities led by your team.
Promote transparency respect and accountability across the organization.
Strengthen communication between employees leadership and HR.
7. Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with Operations Finance and Leadership.
Ensure structured HR support for all business units.
Manage customer-facing HR interactions when required (salary compliance audits etc.).
Qualifications
7-10 years of post-qualification experience in HR operations hiring and compliance.
Strong understanding of labour laws and statutory requirements (mandatory).
Experience in logistics manufacturing warehouse or multi-location environments is an
added advantage.
Excellent communication skills—English Malayalam and Hindi preferred.
High ownership structured thinking and strong follow-through.
