Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategiesfor B2B B2C and D2C channels to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Plan and implement new product launch campaigns- from market research to go-to-market strategy.
- Collaborate withsales production and distribution teamsto align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Coordinate with the sales team to implement regional campaigns and promotional offers.
- Drive in-store promotions branding and consumer engagement activities across retail outlets.
- Identifynew market opportunities partnerships and distribution channelsfor both domestic and export markets.
- Managebrand positioning packaging and promotional activitiesfor the product portfolio.
- Track and analyzemarketing ROI campaign performance and consumer insights.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure cost optimization.
- Supervise external agencies creative partners and digital teams for campaign execution.
- Build and nurture relationships withretailers distributors and online platformsfor product visibility and sales growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
- 510 years of experience inFMCG/Food & Beverages preferablySpices or related categories.
- Proven track record inB2B B2C and D2C marketing especially instartup environmentsornew brand launches.
- Strong understanding ofdigital marketing tools and analytics.
- Excellent communication negotiation and team leadership skills.
- Creative thinker with strong business acumen and execution skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience inlaunching new food or FMCG brandsfrom scratch.
- Familiarity withe-commerce platforms (Amazon Flipkart BigBasket etc.).
- Experience inchannel marketing and trade promotions.
