Job Summary
To support policy development and governance processes. You will work with stakeholders to analyze policies identify risks and implement governance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze policies and procedures
- Identify risks and areas for improvement
- Support policy development and implementation
- Collaborate with stakeholders on governance initiatives
- Monitor regulatory compliance
- Collect KPI data to measure policy effectiveness
- Validate submitted information for accuracy and completeness
- Build scorecards to track policy performance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelors/Masters in Policy Law or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in policy analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of governance frameworks and regulations
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
