Job Summary
Participateincontractnegotiations with clients to determineand agreerequirements scope costandtimelines for implementation.
Obtain client buy-in and approval throughout the project implementation phase.
Ensure successful planning execution monitoring control and closure of all projects.
Co-ordinate projectsandproactively communicate progress status to clients product teams and management.
Oversee end to end product configurationsin line with the clients configuration preference.
Collaborate with Product teams to designdetailedimplementation plans inlinewith the clients needs.
Engage all Product teams todetermine where process interventionsare required to achieve business outcomes.
Monitor track and control all outcomes to resolve issues conflicts dependencies and critical path deliverables.
Develop a communication strategy forstakeholders of each project toreport on theproject status metrics risks tests and deployment activities.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practice particularly within the tech industry.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Uphold the companys brand core values and culture at all times.
A first degree from a reputable university; certification in agile project managementand otherrelevantprofessional qualifications will be an added advantage.
Project management skills.
Proven experience in multi-stakeholder management.
Strong attention to detailandorganisationalskills.
Strong written verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Skilled in customer needsidentification.
Ability to take initiative and work proactively.
Ability to act professionally and with poise in all circumstances.
