- Oversee recruitment for all positions from dealership management to service technicians sales consultants and administrative staff.
- Develop talent acquisition strategies to attract skilled automotive professionals.
- Lead succession planning career path development and internal promotion programs.
- Implement onboarding and orientation programs tailored for dealership operations.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies conflict resolution and disciplinary matters.
- Promote employee engagement initiatives to reduce turnover and enhance workplace satisfaction.
- Monitor employee morale and address concerns proactively especially in high-turnover areas like sales and service.
4. Performance Management
- Design and implement performance appraisal systems for dealership staff.
- Align KPI frameworks for sales teams service technicians and support functions.
