Urgent requirement of SAP HR Payroll Consultant - Contract - Sydney/Melbourne
Requirements
- Minimum 5 Years of SAP HR Time Management and Payroll experience.
- Well versed with SAP core HR modules PA/OM positive Time Management and Payroll (preferably Australia and NZ).
- Basic knowledge of PCR (personnel calculation rules) and schema modification in payroll and time management.
- At least 2 end-to-end implementation experiences in SAP HR and payroll and Time Management.
- Hands-on experience in defect resolution and defect analysis related to SAP PA OM TM and Payroll implementation and configuration.
- SAP HR integration and workflow functional knowledge.
Good to Have :
- Experience on any ticketing tool (Service Now JIRA or any other)
- Functional knowledge of facility services utilities services and work management.
- Experience on Application maintenance ITIL processes
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
- Maintaining the applications
- offshore team to produce reliable and stable solutions in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Interact with customer Tech leads and business users and drive assigned work.
- Responsible for managing the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure the SLAs are met.
- Liaising with clients and users to determine the nature of any problems they encounter.
- Ensuring project quality of work meets defined governance process standards and best practices.
- Ability to see the bigger picture make and advise on strategic decisions
- Identifying technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and associated processes procedures and provide the effective solution.
Duration: 06 months and possible extension
