DescriptionAbout the position
As a Field Officer Arboriculture you will drive the hands-on execution of works programs throughout our City. Each day you will be responsible for contributing to the management preservation maintenance and protection of all trees and shrubs across Councils streets and reserves in both rural and urban spaces.
Youll be on a 9-day fortnight schedule optimising your work time while offering flexibility.
Field Officer Arboriculture - Position Description
The successful applicant will have:
- Certificate III Arboriculture or willingness to undertake study to obtain
- Licence to Perform High Risk Work Class: Elevated Work Platform (EWP)
- MR licence
- Provide First Aid certificate
- Work Zone Traffic Management (WZTM) / Temporary Traffic Management (TTM)
- Work safely in the construction industry (Whitecard)
- Working safely near live electrical apparatus as a non-electrical worker certificate
- Certificate of Competency in load shifting equipment
- Work Safely at Heights Certificate
- Be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment and National Crime Check police clearance

Salary range is between $75901 - $77159plus superannuation guarantee and will be negotiated commensurate with skills experience and qualifications.
