Key Responsibilities
- Respond to patient and customer enquiries via phone email and in person
- Schedule and manage appointments referrals and service requests
- Provide accurate information on healthcare services procedures and policies
- Maintain up-to-date patient records and data entry in internal systems
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Liaise with clinical teams and administrative departments
- Ensure compliance with privacy confidentiality and healthcare regulations
- Deliver consistently high standards of customer care and service excellence
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Officer Patient Services Officer or Customer Support Representative
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage high-volume enquiries in a structured environment
- Proficiency in CRM systems patient management systems and MS Office
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hospital clinic medical centre or healthcare administration
- Knowledge of patient confidentiality and privacy standards
- Previous experience working in Sydney or Australian healthcare organisations
- Certificate or diploma in Health Administration or Business (advantageous)
