Job Summary

Currently we a seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to join our Corporate team to deliver and support the Quality and Compliance plans across the group.

Reporting to the MedHealth Compliance Team Leader key responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Implement the MH Quality Management Audit and activities schedule to support internal and external auditing requirements
  • Undertake internal audits to support certification to ISO9001 and ISO27001 and other relevant standards
  • Preparation execution and reporting of Internal Audits
  • Reporting and monitoring of non-conformances working with the relevant business units to ensure timely corrective action
  • Provide audit feedback and work with business units to ensure identified areas for improvement are addressed and actioned
  • Monitoring of key intranet registers including Privacy Incident Notification Customer Feedback and the Continuous Improvement Register to ensure activities Organisational Excellence representatives are completing follow up tasks to enable correct reporting and escalation in a timely manner
  • Supporting business preparations for the Quality management Environmental Management & Information Security external audit.
  • Collect analyse and report on QMS performance data to facilitate identification of trends and areas for targeted improvement activities
  • Make recommendations to the MedHealth Compliance Team Leader on training needs associated with compliance
  • Assist with the development implementation and regular review of materials resources and content on intranet including eform development
  • Review and support the development of internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant standards
  • Supporting any new MedHealth Acquired business units to conform with the Quality Management System
  • Carry out other reasonable duties as required.

Qualifications :

You will have a high attention to detail and passionate about driving compliance and quality outcomes within a house of brands business setting along with:

  • Experience coordinating and participating with internal audits  
  • Sound experience and understanding of ISO9001 and/or ISO27001 training and experience (desirable)
  • Internal Auditor training (desirable)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in use of computers and various computer formats
  • Demonstrated high level of written and oral communication skills
  • Building strong working relationships to achieve goals
