Job Summary

Brendan Foot Supersite is an AWARD-WINNING family-owned and operated business recently celebrating our 50th anniversary. Representing some of the worlds top automotive brands we operate in a fast-paced exciting dealership environment.

Were looking for a methodical analytical and detail-focused team player to join our responsive admin team. This key role supports our vehicle sales operations and accounting function and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data systems and processes in a structured way.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Accurately process all vehicle deals in line with monthly deadlines
  • Create and maintain vehicle stock records and perform monthly stock reconciliations
  • Generate and analyse sales and inventory reports
  • Assist with NZTA transactions (registrations and change of ownerships)
  • Support the sales team by handling documentation queries and liaising with suppliers
  • Provide assistance with reconciliations and general accounting support

What were looking for:

  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong analytical thinking and a methodical approach to work
  • Basic accounting knowledge and reconciliation experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines especially during month end
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel; experience with dealership management software is an advantage
  • A proactive problem-solver who works well across teams
