About the role Mō te tūranga mahi

We are recruiting for the Level 1 Recovery Administrator role.

As a member of the administration team you will arrange referrals set up supports and communicate with the providers on behalf of our Recovery teams.

Some of the variety of tasks you could complete are:

• Actioning requests for accommodation and transport to maximise client independence
• Arranging support services mobility aids and equipment
• Liaising with our providers to arrange important client assessments
• Sourcing medical notes from healthcare practitioners
• Respond to any official information requests

This is a key roleas you are providing the mechanisms which ensure our clients receive effectiverehabilitation and subsequent return to independence.

This role has a set start date of 7 April 2026 and requires set working hours during the initial training period. Hours will be discussed during the interview process to ensure alignment with candidate availability.

About you Mōu

• You have attention to detail in handling customer information - you can work at pace with accuracy
• You have great communication skills (verbal and written) - you confidently communicate with internal teams and external customers

• You are a keen problem solver you will be a forward thinker and look to be proactive in finding solutions when you face challenges
• You are confident with technology you will be able to operate effectively in a digital environment with a wide range of technology systems and tools
