Change Associate
- Contract term: 6 months initially
- Location: Sydney CBD hybrid
- Rate: up to $98 per hour including super

Our client is a leader in professional services and consulting providing a wide range of services including strategy consulting technology and systems integration and operations to a range of clients across Government Financial Services Utilities and more.
About the Role:
An opportunity exists for aChange Associate to join a major program with one of their Big 4 Banking clients. This role supports the development and implementation of change initiatives that enable business benefits and sustainable outcomes aligned to the broader business strategy.
You will work closely with senior Change Practitioners and project teams to assist with planning analysis stakeholder engagement and delivery of change activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scope Definition & Management: Assist in scoping and defining change initiatives to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Change Delivery Analysis & Human-Centred Design: Support impact assessments gap analysis and promote solutions that minimise human impact.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate communications and meetings to keep stakeholders engaged and informed.
- Change Alignment & Sustainability: Conduct readiness surveys monitor issues and support embedding of change.
- Reporting: Prepare status reports on progress risks and budgets.
- Community of Practice: Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices within the Change Management community.
Skills Required:
- Education in Change Management or related discipline (Business HR).
- Experience in stakeholder communication and analytical roles.
- Understanding of organisational structures and behaviour in response to change.
- Ability to assist with impact assessments workshop planning and communication development.
- Strong collaboration problem-solving and communication skills.

This contract is available for an initial 6-month term with likely extension on a long term project. Located in Sydney this role offers a hybrid working arrangement.
