Job Summary

Business Services Associate

Join Hub Australia as a Business Services Associate youll support new and existing members through customer support and post-sale assistance including answering calls and responding to general enquiries. Youll guide members through the onboarding journey help them understand available products and services unlock value early and ensure a smooth start to their membership.

Youll help ensure our members and customers receive a seamless professional experience while contributing to the development performance and optimisation of revenue-generating products.

Youre a proactive detail-oriented professional with a strong customer-first mindset and an interest in product process improvement and commercial outcomes. You enjoy working across teams juggling priorities and contributing ideas that enhance both customer experience and business performance. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their experience in customer support product coordination and operational projects.

What your day to day will look like (but not limited to!):

  • Drive the growth of the ancillary product revenue through customer onboarding and post sale support and guide new members through the onboarding journey helping them understand available products and services.

  • Coordinate ancillary enquiries (e.g. Business Address) ensuring customers receive clear information and an efficient pathway to purchase.

  •  Coordinate and manage incoming enquiries across calls emails and chats providing professional friendly and timely support for Hub customers.

  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into Hubs management and partnership systems to support information retention and reporting.

  • Collaborate with the National Product & Business Services Manager on the development and management of products that drive flexible revenue streams.

  • Monitor product performance and contribute ideas to improve profitability functionality and customer experience.

  • Help develop implement and monitor training materials that ensure Hub teams are confident in our products and services.

  • Assist with the coordination and delivery of business-wide projects and new initiatives.


Qualifications :

What makes you successful:

In this role youll thrive by balancing customer service excellence with a structured analytical approach to product and process improvement. Your ability to collaborate stay organised and contribute thoughtful insights will help Hub continue to deliver exceptional experiences for our members while growing sustainable revenue streams.

You will also have:

  • 3 years experience in customer service business services operations or a similar role.

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Excellent attention to detail and confidence working with systems and data.

  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.

  • The ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.

  • An interest/experience in revenue generation and product development training or project coordination (experience is a plus but not essential).
