Are you an experienced Change Manager ready to make a real impact on a high-profile transformation Join Qantas Airways as a Change Manager and play a pivotal role in delivering one of Australias largest payroll transformation programs supporting over 19000 employees.
As Change Manager youll provide end-to-end change management support for the Payroll Transformation Program. Youll oversee the impact of organisational changes ensuring our people are prepared engaged and equipped to integrate new systems processes and ways of working. Working closely with the Payroll Project team and business areas youll drive leadership alignment stakeholder engagement change impact assessment strategy and planning readiness and delivery.
What youll bring to the role:
- 6 years experience in change management roles with a proven track record delivering complex transformation projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills including experience working with senior leaders and frontline staff.
- Excellent communication facilitation and engagement capability.
- Experience in risk and issue management and project management.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Management Change Management or equivalent industry experience.
- Change management certification (Prosci APMG or similar) highly regarded.
- Experience in aviation or other highly regulated complex environments is advantageous.
- Highly self-motivated proactive and able to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
