Job Summary

Coordinator Supported Independent Living at Corvey Rd Reservoir

About the role:

Employment Type: Fixed-term full time
Fixed Term Start: ASAP
Fixed Term End: End of June 2026
Work location: On-site in Reservoir

About You:

Demonstrated experience in Mental Health and/or Behaviours of Concern are essential to successfully supporting the customers who live in this home
Demonstrated confidence and resilience in working with people with complex needs
Be an advocate for the people we support families/carers and other key stakeholders through establishing rapport and understanding
Strong communication and leadership skills to deliver guidance to a team of passionate Disability Support Workers
Facilitate change and drive continuous improvement to support the purpose and vision that are important to the successful operation of Scopes values
Previous experience in leadership/management within the disability sector is required
Previous training and experience using BiPAP machine highly advantageous
