SOTO is seeking a dynamic future-focused Head of Business Development to drive our growth using the latest in AI GenAI and digital sales enablement.
What youll do
- Lead our go-to-market strategy with AI-powered tools (LLMs Copilot HubSpot AI LinkedIn Sales Navigator Gong Apollo/Outreach)
- Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline using predictive analytics intent data and automation
- Champion digital transformation and experiment with new approaches to prospecting content creation and customer engagement
- Collaborate across technical and marketing teams to deliver innovative solutions for clients in heavy industry mining energy defence transport and more
Who you are
- 5 years experience in revenue-generating roles or demonstrable high-impact results in modern B2B growth
- Skilled communicator with strong interpersonal and collaborative leadership abilities adept at building strong client relationships engaging stakeholders effectively and maintaining a consistently client-focused approach
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering Marketing or related field
- High Level of proficiency in Microsoft Office CRM and ERP Systems
- Fluent in digital sales social selling and AI-enabled outreach
- Passionate about continuous learning and challenging the status quo
- Skilled in CRM marketing automation and data analytics platforms
