Are you ready to redefine business development in engineering

SOTO is seeking a dynamic future-focused Head of Business Development to drive our growth using the latest in AI GenAI and digital sales enablement.

What youll do

  • Lead our go-to-market strategy with AI-powered tools (LLMs Copilot HubSpot AI LinkedIn Sales Navigator Gong Apollo/Outreach)
  • Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline using predictive analytics intent data and automation
  • Champion digital transformation and experiment with new approaches to prospecting content creation and customer engagement
  • Collaborate across technical and marketing teams to deliver innovative solutions for clients in heavy industry mining energy defence transport and more

Who you are

  • 5 years experience in revenue-generating roles or demonstrable high-impact results in modern B2B growth
  • Skilled communicator with strong interpersonal and collaborative leadership abilities adept at building strong client relationships engaging stakeholders effectively and maintaining a consistently client-focused approach
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering Marketing or related field
  • High Level of proficiency in Microsoft Office CRM and ERP Systems
  • Fluent in digital sales social selling and AI-enabled outreach
  • Passionate about continuous learning and challenging the status quo
  • Skilled in CRM marketing automation and data analytics platforms
