Providing All Living Support (PALS) is expanding across Northern Victoria and were looking for a motivated Business Development Manager who brings energy focus and heart to every opportunity knowing that growth means more people getting the support they deserve.

At PALS each enquiry begins with someone ready to take the next step a person a family an outcome and were here to help make it happen. Your role is to make that connection at the right time in the right way.

What Youll Be Doing

Youll drive growth that makes a difference for participants families and the organisation.

• Champion PALS mission by connecting people with services that change lives.
• Lead initiatives that expand awareness and strengthen our community presence.
• Manage the full onboarding process from enquiry to signed agreement.
• Represent PALS with credibility and enthusiasm at events and regional activities.
• Work with the CEO and leadership team to achieve growth goals and deliver a quality participant experience.
