Within the role of Review Panel Coordinator you will provide administration secretatriat and coordination activities to review panel meetings.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the development of meeting appointments ensuring panel members and local team contributors are aware of panel dates agendas and documentation and information required to be available prior to panel meetings.
  • Support the administrative organisation of panel meetings including developing agendas minute taking coordination of files and coordination of Panel members availability including lessons learned and professional reflections panel sessions.
  • Contribute to the efficient running and outcomes of meetings by ensuring that all local team contributors have provided the necessary referral documentation client information and financial analysis and all documentation required for decision making is filed for ease of access to panel members.
  • Advise panel members and local team contributors through meeting minutes and action registers as soon as practical following the meetings of tasks and timeframes.
  • Report on the outcomes of panel performance by tracking client attendance and purpose of attendance action registers to support any regulatory or Executive requests

Selection Criteria includes:

  • Demonstrated high level experience in providing quality clerical administrative receptionist or secretarial support.
  • Experience in providing administrative support to case management/conferencing within the disability sector health or associated human welfare sectors.
  • Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills including highly developed written communication skills and the ability to effectively advise consult and negotiate with a range of internal stakeholders.
  • The ability to work autonomously be highly organised and driven.
  • Intermediate skills in computer software applications and technologies including the Microsoft Office 365 suite of programs.
  • Demonstrated problem solving time management and task prioritisation skills including the ability to achieve quality outcomes within deadlines
