About the Role
We are seeking an active collaborator with strong communication and relationship-building skills to drive strategic partnerships that deliver on BirdLife Australias goals.
The Strategic Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for identifying generating and fostering a pipeline of opportunities that support key BirdLife Australia priorities through partnerships with public and private sector organisations. This includes but is not limited to sectors such as renewables tourism and agriculture.
As someone familiar with large-scale Net Gain and Environment Social and Governance (ESG) programs the successful candidate will focus on establishing shared value partnerships that align with BirdLifes Bird Conservation Strategy. They will also help increase our partners investment in and engagement with BirdLife Australias work and support the successful delivery of its outcomes. The role will work across and alongside BirdLife teams to help prepare proposals for partnership projects especially from the Participation & Engagement and Conservation & Science departments.

This is a full-time position (1 FTE) offered on a max term two-year contract. The position attracts a salary range of $100758 $111 954 per annum (pro rata based on skills and experience) plus superannuation.
