Role Overview:
Working with other members of the Policy Team the Policy and Data Specialist will assist in developing and maintaining relationships with policy makers in coordination with other team members; research and evaluate policy to help identify and support effective policy options; provides expert guidance on and help determine how well our policy priorities align with our strategic plan; provide data research supporting the development of targeted and informative educational narratives related to our policy priorities; and leads efforts in identifying potential impacts of our policy priorities on our members patients partners other stakeholders and Kansans in general. The position will also serve as support or lead staff on policy-focused special projects.

Norton County Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital and Level IV trauma center, and along with the Norton Medical Clinic, provides medical services for residents in Norton County and surrounding northwest Kansas and southwest Nebraska communities.
