We are seeking a compassionate and caring Substance Use Specialist (Internally known as an IOP Facilitator) to facilitate impactful groups and provide support in our outpatient clinic in Greenville NC.

Your Role in Our Mission

The Substance Use Disorder Specialist (CADC or LCASA) provides screening assessment treatment planning IOP coverage and therapeutic services to adults and children with substance use needs. This role involves facilitating group therapy collaborating with clinical teams and referral sources and supporting clients through aftercare planning and community referrals. The SUD Specialist also ensures accurate documentation supports crisis intervention and promotes a safe therapeutic environment. Services are provided under clinical supervision.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive rate: Starting from $22.60 per hour and up for CADC $49000 and up for LCAS-A

What Were Looking For

• Skills: Knowledge of therapeutic practices group facilitation techniques as well as problem solving and de-escalation in times of crisis.
• Licensure: Provisional Licensure preferred: LCAS-A

• CADC required - full certification
• 2 years of experience in Substance Use services
• Maintain valid state appropriate drivers license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
