Responsibilities:
- Data base management and expansion.
- Monitor sectoral demand across all sectors not limited to agriculture mining and construction and logistics
- Implementation and maintenance of KPIs for sales and factory staff
- Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Deliver on revenue targets
- Oversee procurement stock and inventory pricing and costings of all stock
- Control expenditure
- Organize stock to branches monitor and influence branch performance.
- Drive visibility in line with Group marketing campaigns
- Budget preparation and stakeholder management
- Deal with customer complaints and high level sales to international mining houses.
- OEM and supplier management
- Comply and enforce compliance with Group policies and procedures legal and regulatory guidelines.
- Oversight of financial aspects of the company and review internal controls.
Key Skills
- Strong leadership and team management ability with a focus on performance and accountability
- Commercial awareness and a solid understanding of the automotive sector and related industries
- Sales strategy and business development capability with proven experience driving revenue growth
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Relevant Degree or equivalent
- Good working knowledge of the Tyre industry specifically TBR and OTR (truck and mining / construction tyres)
