Associate / VP Investment Banking (Infrastructure & Energy)

Location: Sydney or Melbourne

What Youll Do

Support and lead the execution of M&A transactions equity and debt financings and strategic advisory mandates.
Work across asset classes including energy transition renewables utilities transport and digital infrastructure.
Build and review complex financial models conduct valuation analysis and assess projects under various operating scenarios.
Prepare and deliver client presentations marketing materials and transaction documentation.
Collaborate with senior bankers and cross-functional teams to originate new opportunities and drive deal execution.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performance culture.

What Were Looking For

26 years of experience in investment banking M&A advisory or infrastructure project finance.
Strong technical skills in financial modelling and valuation.
Exposure to infrastructure or energy sectors preferred but not essential.
Exceptional analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.
A degree in Finance Economics Engineering Law or related discipline.
