The Role

Were seeking a Carpenter to deliver high-quality maintenance and repair work across client sites from North Brisbane to the Gold Coast. Youll work closely with our clients and the BGIS team to keep facilities safe functional and well-maintained using safe systems of work with strong support for wellbeing and development.

What Youll Be Doing

• Performing carpentry tasks including door repairs framing minor construction and general building upkeep
• Completing patching painting tiling and minor structural repairs as needed
• Conducting routine and reactive maintenance across multiple client sites
• Completing job documentation photos and notes using a company-issued iPad
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders to resolve maintenance issues professionally
• Travelling across the BrisbaneGold Coast region using a company-supplied vehicle

Your Education Experience & Skills

• Certificate III in Carpentry (essential)
• Construction White Card
• Valid Drivers Licence
• Experience in residential or commercial maintenance environments
• Ability to perform a wide range of carpentry and building repair tasks
• Competency with digital work order or maintenance systems
• Strong communication customer service and teamwork skills
• Full working rights in Australia (essential)
