Job Summary

Synergie Australia is seeking Leading Hands for our client based in Darwin NT. Our clientis anAustralian-owned construction company delivering high-spec government and Defence projects across Australia and the Pacific. With a growing national presence and a $1 B defence project underway theyre expanding their Darwin site team.

About the Role

Youll support site operations across multiple new-build Defence facilities coordinating trades enforcing safety and ensuring work is delivered to spec and schedule. Ideal for a hands-on supervisor looking to step into Defence work.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate site trades
Maintain WHS and QA standards
Monitor progress materials and subcontractor performance
Report daily to the Site Manager and Project Manager
Uphold Defence security and site compliance requirements

About You

Trade-qualified with strong site supervision experience
Experience on large commercial or government builds
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Clean Police Check Defence experience preferred
