Maas Constructions has an exciting opportunity for a trade experienced carpenter with an eye for attention to detail to join their highly successful team. Experience in carpentry painting plastering and/or odd jobs will be beneficial to be successful in this role.
Requirements:
- Cert IV- Building or other trade qualification (desired).
- Experience in a similar role.
- A white card.
- A valid drivers license.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good time management skills.
- Developed interpersonal skills.
- Customer service experience.
- Intermediate computer skills with the ability to operate excel spreadsheets.
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Excellent time management skills.
- Demonstrate quality work.
- Training / mentoring junior staff as require.
- Be able to work as part of a team with other supervisors and trades people.
- Keep a safe site.
