The Role
Food Services Assistants are responsible for serving food and beverages to residents and their guests in the Café or Dining areas in Hindmarshs independent living retirement villages.
- Ensure dining area is kept clean tidy and hygienic throughout including the kitchen servery area and the sitting area
- Serve food and coffee orders
- Clear away used crockery from tables clean and prepare tables
- Wash used dishes cutlery and cooking utensils
- Light vacuuming and tidying of dining areas ready for the next days operation
- Keep records and make reports as part of our Food Safety procedures
- Set up and pack down of café or dining rooms for catered functions and events
