Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team in Charlotte this role you will support the expansion of our client base cultivate strong professional relationships and contribute to revenue growth. Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients through targeted outreach and networking activities.

  • Present Skillbridge Academys programs services and value propositions to prospective clients.

  • Maintain a structured pipeline of opportunities and support the development of new business strategies.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support proposal development and client onboarding.

  • Track and report sales metrics performance activities and market insights.


Qualifications :

  • Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships.

  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Basic understanding of business development customer engagement or sales processes.

  • Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
