Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you have:

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (Masters preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in global or large-scale recruitment operations.
- Strong leadership capabilities with proven ability to inspire and develop teams.
- Strategic mindset with exceptional execution skills.
- Executive presence and ability to influence at senior levels.
- Expertise in working within matrix organisations and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Operational excellence and process improvement experience.
- Highly data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
