Main Responsibilities:
- Acting as a strong business partner supporting marketing and operational decision-making across the organisation
- Playing a key role in planning cycles including budget forecast and long-term planning (3-year plan)
- Collaborating with FP&A to aid monthly analysis Flash submissions and accurate reporting
- Assessing and evaluating business cases and providing recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Delivering improved management information (including enhanced monthly reporting) & developing new reports as appropriate
- Fostering strong collaborative working relationships with financial control to ensure timely and accurate reporting and working together to enhance processes
- Making a significant contribution to process improvements and automation initiatives within the finance function.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships and influence people
- Ability to work independently sometimes under pressure and meet challenging deadlines
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- Qualified Accountant e.g. CIMA ACCA ACA
Desired (non-essential):
- Prior experience in a related industry
- Prior experience in marketing spend management and/or commercial finance
