Were seeking fluent Danish speakers to join an international airlines customer-service centre in Poland. Make your mark supporting travellers and delivering exceptional experiences.

What youll do

Handle inbound calls and chats in Danish.
Advise customers on flights fares rules and online services.
Assist with booking changes (dates destinations personal details).
Manage special service requests (wheelchairs pets special assistance).
Process cancellations refunds and handle various payment methods.
Support customers experiencing travel disruptions or issues.

What you bring

Fluent Danish (C1) and proficient English (B2).
Strong computer literacy (MS Office browsers general software).
Positive customer-focus high energy and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
EU work authorization (role based in Poland).
Previous customer-service or travel/airline experience is a plus.
