The objective of the Order Management Specialist is to be responsible for E2E customer orders in multiple areas (GBU/market) act as Key User in order management area identifying process improvement opportunities leveraging advanced technologies and best practices to optimize order management workflows.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Full ownership of E2E customer order process in timely manner thru problem solving and collaboration with other departments
Act as a back-up for multiple areas (GBU/market)
3. Utilize advanced order management systems and technologies to streamline order processing data management and reporting.
4. Identify process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Perform ASPN changes priority allocations and other activities in order management area
Answer all queries from Customer Experience Representatives related to the input of customer orders
Provide requested information/ support related to order management process to other departments (e.g. Supply Chain Master data ITBA Logistics others)
Identify problems and support Sr. Supervisor/Associate Manager to find a potential solution (e.g. Supply Chain Master data ITBA)
Provide hand-on support with project implementation in order management area including UAT participation as Key User providing feedback evaluating new solutions
Prepare SOP WI and training materials in multiple areas in order management to be signed off by Sr. Supervisor/Associate Manager
Keep the team members informed of the new solutions in his/her area of expertise
Support new joiners and more junior team members by delivering trainings/ presentations related to multiple areas in order management
Any other activity at the request of the Order Management Sr. Supervisor//Associate Manager
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
A. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Fluent English (B2) other language will be an asset
Minimum 1 year experience in the similar job
High level knowledge of an appropriate ERP system(s) in order management area
Excellent end-to end OTC process understanding
Very good knowledge of data analyses tools is a plus
Excel and power point good knowledge (advanced user)
PC literate: sufficient knowledge of PC and network and standard packages used under windows (strong excel user)
