Job Summary

Profile:Sr. Sales Executive-Tiles Adhesive-(Surat-Bharuch)-40k

Salary Range: Up to 40k Net In-Hand

Communication & Relationships

  • Internal: Departmental Head Sales Team

  • External: Dealers Distributors Clients Channel Partners

Job Purpose

To execute a focused sales expansion strategy in the South Gujarat market(Surat-Bharuch region) forTile Adhesive range. The role involves acquiring new customers conducting market research analyzing competitors and ensuring monthly sales targets are consistently met by building a strong creditworthy customer base.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Business Generation

  • Generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory using a consultative approach.

  • Drive consistent lead generation and closure in alignment with monthly targets.

  • Close deals within committed timelines and maintain sales performance as per projections.

  • Expand the dealer and distributor network as per organizational sales goals and product strategy.

  • Onboard financially sound customers ensuring creditworthiness and stable cash flow.

  • Maintain high personal motivation and productivity levels in all sales activities.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all self-developed clients.

  • Understand customer needs provide product guidance and deliver customized solutions.

  • Foster strong long-term client relationships ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Resolve client concerns promptly and effectively to sustain trust and loyalty.

3. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with Product Development QC Dispatch and Customer Service teams to ensure customer expectations are met.

  • Share valuable market insights customer feedback and competitor data with management.

  • Present weekly reports covering sales pipelines performance updates and forecasts.

  • Prepare agendas and performance summaries for weekly review meetings with the reporting head.

Knowledge Skills & Experience Required

  3. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

  4. Sound understanding of Tile Adhesive / Construction Chemical products

  5. Analytical and problem-solving aptitude

Experience

  • Minimum 2years of channel sales experience in Construction Chemicals / Tile Adhesive industry.

  • Strong dealer/distributor network in Surat-Bharuch/ South Gujarat region preferred.

Education

  • B.E. Civil / BBA / MBA / or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.

Other Requirements

  • Must possess a two-wheeler for field travel.

  • Candidates must be from the assigned territory or nearby region.
