Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced MIS Executive to manage data reporting and analysis at our Bhopal regional office located in Bansal One. The candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights to support management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management: Collect analyze and manage large datasets from various departments.
Reporting: Create and maintain daily weekly and monthly MIS reports (Sales Operations or Productivity).
Dashboard Creation: Develop and update Excel dashboards and trackers to monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Accuracy: Ensure 100% data integrity and accuracy in all shared reports.
Support: Assist management with ad-hoc data requests and presentations.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 3 to 6 years of solid experience in an MIS or Data Analyst role.
Expert Excel Skills: Must be proficient in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP HLOOKUP Pivot Tables Macros and Complex Formulas).
Software: Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word PowerPoint).
Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to identify trends and patterns within data.

Employment Terms

Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
Working Days: 6 Days a week.
Location: 14th Floor Bansal One Bhopal MP (In-office).
