Are you passionate about supporting families of children with disabilities and developmental delays At Each were looking for a Family Support Specialist to help families navigate the NDIS and maximise the support available for their childs growth and development.
About The Program
Through the Early Childhood Approach (ECA) program we support families by:
- Understanding childrens development and unique needs
- Finding the right support services for children
- Equipping families with skills to support childrens growth
- Connecting families with local community resources
Your role your impact
- Provide ongoing check-ins and plan reassessments to ensure families receive the right support.
- Empower families to confidently manage and implement their childs NDIS plan.
- Help set and review individualised goals based on family priorities.
- Maintain accurate records complete administrative tasks and use IT systems effectively.
- Offer compassionate guidance during challenging conversations.
Who were looking for
- Exceptional customer service and a family-centred approach.
- Strong communication skills to simplify complex information.
- Experience in early childhood education administration or customer service.
- Knowledge of the NDIS and a passion for supporting families.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to use online systems and telehealth tools.
