Responsibilities:

Personal Care: Assisting with activities such as showering dressing toileting and grooming maintaining the dignity and privacy of each resident.
Mobility support: Helping residents with walking using mobility aids or transferring between different positions including from a bed to a wheelchair.
Monitoring health: Observing and reporting any changes in the residents health or behavior.
Meal Assist: Supporting residents with their dietary requirements ensuring they receive the food they need and assisting them in the process of eating.
Maintaining records: Keeping accurate records of care provided observations and any changes in the residents condition on eCase.
Collaboration with healthcare professionals: Working in collaboration with nurses doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for our residents.
