We are hiring an experienced HR Manager to manage all HR operations for our CBSE school. The candidate must have strong experience in school HR payroll policies compliance and staff management.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment onboarding & documentation
- Payroll management attendance system & leave administration
- Handling PF/ESIC statutory compliances & HR audits
- Drafting updating & implementing staff policies and HR SOPs
- Managing disciplinary actions warnings notices & grievance procedures
- Driving employee engagement & staff welfare initiatives
- Coordinating performance appraisals and training programs
- Maintaining HRMS records service books & CBSE-related HR documentation
Requirements
- Must have experience in CBSE school HR
- Strong knowledge of payroll compliances disciplinary procedures & policies
- Excellent communication leadership & documentation skills
- MBA HR or equivalent qualification preferred
