Job Summary

Senior HR Business Partner with 3 to 5 years of experience to strategically align HR initiatives with business objectives and support organizational growth Job Description

Act as a strategic HR partner to business units facilitating the implementation of HR processes and policies Facilitate smooth onboarding orientation and integration of new employees Leverage strong knowledge of HR best practices local labor laws and compliance requirements

Utilize analytical skills to provide insights and recommendations on HR metrics and trends

Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective stakeholder relationships

Support the development and execution of employee engagement and retention initiatives

Proficiently use MS Office tools including Excel and PowerPoint for reporting presentations and analysis

Adapt to a dynamic virtual and multicultural work environment Maintain uptodate awareness of industry trends HR policies and organizational objectives

Partner with business leaders to champion HR processes and initiatives at the business unit level Drive employee engagement programs communication calendars and rewards and recognition activities Address and resolve employee grievances ensuring compliance with HR policies and local regulations

Manage HR operations for multilocation and virtual teams collaborating with crossfunctional stakeholders Provide guidance on compliance risk management and policy implementation

Conduct attrition analysis present findings to leadership and recommend retention strategies

Ensure timely completion of performance management and pay planning processes Prepare reports dashboards and documentation for audits and internal reviews Influence and align with business unit leadership to drive HR and organizational objectives
