Japan Business Services (JBS) Assistant Hanoi Office

Major Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive translation services for documents materials and client inquiries in Japanese English and Vietnamese.

• Assist the Japan Business Services (JBS) team in business development initiatives and events including seminars and webinars for clients by translating and preparing relevant materials as well as coordinating logistical arrangements.
• Address and manage client inquiries effectively.
• Facilitate collaboration and communication between internal EY teams and clients.
• Support the JBS team with various administrative tasks as needed including booking meeting rooms arranging transportation and making restaurant reservations.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in business English Japanese.

• Majored in Japanese Language Accounting Economics Commerce Tax Marketing or any business related major.
• Knowledge of target industries regulatory environment issues initiatives and practices is a strong plus
• Integrity in a professional environment.
