About the Opportunity

We operate in the B2B technology & IT services sector delivering software-enabled solutions to enterprises and SMBs across India. This role sits at the heart of our commercial engine converting inbound interest and outbound prospecting into qualified opportunities for our product and solutions teams.

Primary title: Inside Sales Executive (Business Development Executive - Inside Sales). Location: India (On-site).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive high-volume outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up to build a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach (cold calls emails LinkedIn) to engage decision-makers qualify requirements and schedule product/demo meetings for field and solutions teams.
  • Manage and progress leads through the sales funnel using CRMlog activity update opportunity stages and ensure timely follow-ups to meet monthly quotas.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to refine messaging qualification criteria and playbooks for targeted segments and campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver concise discovery summaries and demo hand-offs; support proposal preparation and negotiation as needed to accelerate deal closure.
  • Track performance metrics share market feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of outreach sequences and objection-handling scripts.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Proven inside-sales experience in B2B technology or IT services with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales workflows (Salesforce or HubSpot preferred).
  • Strong competence in cold calling email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting using Sales Navigator.
  • Ability to qualify leads using standard frameworks and to create clear discovery notes for hand-offs.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement/email outreach tools (e.g. SalesLoft Outreach) and basic reporting in Excel/Sheets.
  • Comfort working on-site in India with a results-driven fast-paced schedule.

Preferred

  • Experience selling SaaS cloud or IT solutions to mid-market or enterprise customers.
  • Experience with objection-handling playbooks and automated outreach sequencing.
  • Prior success coordinating with field sales and solutions engineering teams.
