he Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships achieving business targets through client acquisition and retention and promoting Tata Capitals financial products. You are a key point of contact for customers explaining offerings resolving queries and ensuring high satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities 1. Customer & Sales ManagementAchieve business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
Proactively understand customer needs and cross-sell multiple financial products ( Personal loans finance etc.).
Explain product offerings clearly to customers and resolve sales queries.
Generate leads through customer interactions channel partners or open market activities.
Manage end-to-end customer relationships building trust and satisfaction.
Educate customers with relevant product information to enhance understanding and decision-making.
Collect required customer documents (pre-sanction and post-sanction) and ensure accurate data entry in internal systems.
Coordinate with operations and credit teams to ensure smooth processing of customer loan applications.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with assigned dealers or partners.
Maintain accurate records complete sales reports daily and submit to supervisors.
Follow company policies audit requirements and industry regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills able to talk to customers and stakeholders effectively.
Customer-centric attitude with strong relationship-building ability.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Organizational and reporting skills.
Basic understanding of financial products and market practices is preferred.
Graduate in any discipline (commerce or finance may be preferred).
Prior experience in sales customer service or financial services is an advantage (varies by job posting).
