When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Oracle Lead to Revenue team you will define the strategy and operational management of Oracle Customer Experience solutions across the enterprise. As a Director you will provide visionary leadership drive digital transformation initiatives and enhance customer engagement while maintaining seamless collaboration with business stakeholders. This position presents an exciting opportunity to lead large-scale Oracle CX transformation programs and build a dynamic team culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the strategy for Oracle Customer Experience solutions across the enterprise
- Provide visionary leadership to drive digital transformation initiatives

- Lead large-scale Oracle CX transformation programs with a focus on innovation

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree in Business Technology Computer Science or related domain (MBA preferred)
- 15 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Oracle Cloud certifications in Sales Service CPQ or Marketing
- Experience in subscription telecom SaaS utilities or retail industries
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM ecosystems
- PMP Agile or ITIL certifications
- Experience with AI/ML-driven CX solutions chatbots and automation tools
- 1015 years of experience in CRM/CX technology
