Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary and execution-driven Director Bioprocess India to lead our growing operations in Bangalore. India will be a strategic cornerstone for the development engineering manufacturing and commercialization of our ESTR platform a fully automated and modular biomanufacturing system. The Director India will have full P&L and operational responsibility for all activities in India and will directly lead teams across engineering automation sales marketing project management and supplier partnerships. You will build and scale the India organization from the ground up and serve as a key member of our global leadership team. This is a high-impact executive role with a performance-based incentive system and the opportunity to receive equity/stock options based on long-term success.
