Job Summary

Were seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to join a supportive down-to-earth finance team within a busy and collaborative environment. About the role:

Manage accounts receivable for multiple recruitment agency franchisees
Oversee invoicing payment allocation follow-ups and debt collection
Work daily with Greentree and Easy AR
Complete reconciliations and support month-end processes
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and franchise partners
Assist with general accounting tasks and continuous process improvements

About you:

Minimum 2 years experience in Accounts Receivable or similar finance role
Strong customer service and communication skills
Enjoys working collaboratively and contributing to a positive team culture
Tech-savvy with experience using MYOB Greentree or similar systems
