As Divisional Executive Manager Customer Enablement you will act as a strategic advisor to the COO and partner with the Customer Enablement Leadership Team to drive strategy sharpen operating models and embed strong governance and FAR accountability across the division.
In this senior role which demands a proven track record of delivering commercially pragmatic advice and exceptional leadership skills youll champion operational excellence accelerate decisions and improve how the division delivers for our customers.


Youll make an impact by:

  • Delivering timely advice to the Executive and divisional leadership team leveraging deep technical expertise to act as a trusted governance risk and compliance adviser.
  • Overseeing governance processes and the provision of governance related advice.
  • Operating as a key connector across the enterprise breaking down silos across the material value chains and acting as a conduit for increasing speed of decisions and improving information flow.

What youll bring to the role:

  • Strong business background with exposure to the areas of responsibility including but not necessarily limited to Enterprise Risk Governance and FAR requirements.
  • Experienced in Risk Prudential and Compliance frameworks.
  • Ability to work with competing demands and/or changing priorities and effectively manage expectations in a complex environment with strict deadlines.
  • Strong ability to think strategically and implement practically.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal stakeholder management and communication skills with an ability to operate interact and influence at senior levels across a business including Executive & Senior Management.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline are essential.

This is a permanent full-time position. We offer flexible work options that put our people first and a hybrid model of minimum three days per week based out of our Melbourne Adelaide Bendigo Brisbane or Sydney corporate offices.
