Hurons Organizational Change Management (OCM) team helps clients maximize ERP investments by preparing organizations for new technology and processes. We specialize in major ERP systems like Oracle Cloud Microsoft Dynamics 365 SAP Workday and others addressing challenges such as resistance to change training gaps and change fatigue.

Our expert consultants craft tailored strategies including communication plans training programs leadership alignment and ongoing support to ensure smooth ERP transitions. With our people-focused approach we help clients navigate mergers ERP implementations and process updates enabling them to maintain a competitive edge.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Design develop implement and manage change deliverables that will enable users to successfully transition from current state to future state

  • Develop a stakeholder assessment and organizational readiness plan

  • Outline the leadership engagement program

  • Develop the communications plan and training strategy

  • Conduct preliminary change impact assessment based on defined rollout and technical solution

  • Develop overall change management strategy and rollout plan

  • Identify brand awareness program requirements

  • Develop risk mitigation planning strategies

  • OCM tactical project plan and execution details

Required

  • Bachelors degree required; advanced degrees (e.g. MBA) or equivalent experience are valued

  • Minimum 5-7 year of relevant experience related to successful delivery of change management work in the disciplines of job/role/organization design stakeholder engagement organizational readiness sponsorship alignment communication execution and training management

  • 2 full lifecycle implementations related to ERP Implementations

  • Demonstrated ERP platform experience in SAP S4 HANA Oracle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Workday or equivalent

  • Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word Excel PowerPoint Visio)

  • Strong technical document writing and communication skills

  • Strong leadership presence and ability to facilitate discussions with C-suite executives

  • Detailed oriented analytical and good organization skills

  • Capable of leading meetings with internal and external clients resources (remote local)

  • Microsoft Project Planning

  • Easily assimilates into Hurons values and corporate culture

  • Ability to travel 50%

The estimated base salary for this job is $145000 - $170000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors including but not limited to specific skills or certifications years of experience market changes and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Hurons annual incentive compensation program which reflects Hurons pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity the total estimated compensation range for this job is $166750- $212500. The job is also eligible to participate in Hurons benefit plans which include medical dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
