Job Summary

The Quality Control Manager is responsible for leading and managing quality assurance and quality control initiatives across the organization. This role ensures that internal processes and client deliverables consistently meet defined standards compliance requirements and performance objectives. The Quality Control Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality best practices monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop implement and maintain quality control systems and procedures to meet company and client expectations

Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) across operational functions

Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions

Lead quality improvement projects and collaborate with teams to resolve issues proactively

Train and guide employees on quality standards methodologies and process requirements

Prepare detailed quality reports and present findings to senior leadership

Ensure compliance with industry regulations contractual requirements and internal policies

Drive continuous improvement efforts by analyzing data and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy


Requirements

Proven experience in quality control quality assurance or a related field

Strong understanding of quality methodologies and performance measurement

Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams

Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and consistency

Proficiency with quality management tools and data analysis systems

Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Operations Management or a related field preferred
