Job Summary

This is a remote position.


Schedule:
  • Mondays to Fridays 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm Eastern timezone (20 hrs/week 4 hrs/day)


Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer service inquiries via email WhatsApp and phone calls from current and prospective students
  • Conduct Zoom calls with potential students to explain program details differences between offerings and expected outcomes
  • Provide detailed explanations of why comprehensive programs differ from one-day courses and their long-term benefits
  • Support students with general inquiries about login procedures scheduling and program logistics
  • Manage both inbound sales conversations and customer service requests as a hybrid role
  • Communicate with an international student base across multiple time zones
  • Assist with the rollout and explanation of new premium educational programs


Requirements



  • Excellent English communication skills with minimal accent
  • Comfortable and confident conducting video calls via Zoom if needed
  • Experience in both customer service and sales roles
  • Ability to explain complex educational programs and their value propositions
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with women seeking personal development
