Job Summary

The Technical Training Manager is responsible for designing implementing and managing after-sales technical training programs to ensure the technical competency of dealer networks and third-party partners in line with VinFasts global standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop training strategies roadmaps and annual training plans for after-sales technical functions in alignment with VinFasts product portfolio and market expansion.

  • Develop localize and continuously improve technical training content; ensure the quality accuracy and consistency of all training materials across markets.

  • Deliver technical knowledge transfer programs through online and/or in-person training sessions for dealers and third-party partners.

  • Build develop and manage internal technical trainers including classroom observation competency assessment and periodic teaching qualification reviews.

  • Organize technical assessments skill competitions and certification programs; manage the issuance and governance of technical certifications.

  • Monitor and evaluate post-training effectiveness through trainee feedback competency assessments KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate closely with After Sales Technical Quality and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of training programs.



Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering (Automotive Mechanical Electrical/Electronic Automation or related fields).

  • Proven experience in technical training management preferably within automotive manufacturing or after-sales service environments.

  • Strong knowledge of training frameworks competency assessment and technical certification systems.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams and work effectively with dealer networks and external partners.

  • Excellent communication presentation and facilitation skills.

  • Willingness to travel as required.

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Automotive Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive diagnostics vehicle troubleshooting or repair at authorized dealerships or automotive companies. Experience working with automotive diagnostic equipment scan tools and software update platforms. Prior experience with FOTA processes is highly preferred. Strong understanding of electric vehicle systems automotive electronics and software architecture. Proficient in English (reading writing and communication). Experience in automotive OEMs is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
